Vetting and screening procedures are compulsory to ensure we employ the right personnel in the company. Ex-Military/Police/Rangers/Mujahid force are preferred on civilian candidates, who at least meets the basic licensing requirements and training qualifications for the employment and commencing work. Security services workers, including security guards, loss prevention workers, executive protection, patrol dog handlers and security alarm responders, must be experienced and flawless

Part of the vetting and screening procedures is the checking of character and employer references. The company employs no individual until all vetting and screening procedures are completed. We have set high selection standards and we induct well physique/strong structure. They are medical category “AYE” and physically fit to undertake strenuous duty of guarding. Before induction they are finger printed, their antecedents are verified through NADRA database, police and respective Army Regimental Centers and all record is maintained in their personal files.

Training session from APSAA (All Pakistan Security Agencies Association) is mandatory, against which APSAA issues certification of guard’s fitness for the job. Guards are also briefed on their basic duties and responsibilities towards their job.

In addition to these session & training, each security guard is also briefed on the deployment site, prior to commencing his duties, he receives the necessary instructions / post orders connected with the security equipment of the particular site. Supervisors are responsible to visit the sites in routine and address the issues faced by the guards or deal with any complaints from the client. For large sites KAM (Key Account Manager) is dedicatedly deputed for un-interrupted & quality services.
